I have not yet received this order. The package was delivered thru professional courier service. They don't have home delivery to my location. (I think they don't provide home delivery to any location). Also professional courier service staff are very rude and they are not corporating. They require us to pickup from their office which is 10 km from my home. There office is open from 10-5 only( I think they close earlier than that).I am working person I can't pick up during this time as it's office hrs for me. I had sent my father and asked them to wait for few mins. But they are not ready for any sort of coporation. Very pathetic response from staff. Professional courier service have not shared any tracking number which we can check in their site. The Google reviews for Professional courier Aroor are very poor. I don't know why Indian flower sent package thru this courier service.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
