Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Returns & Exchange Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product that you have purchased from Indianflower.com. However, if in an unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, the below-mentioned return/exchange policy is to be followed for retail location or website purchases, respectively.
Return, Exchange, Offer, Cancellation & Refund Policy - Website
- The customer can initiate a cancellation request until the order has not been shipped from our warehouse.
- The customer can initiate a cancellation or request by visiting the “My Orders” section of their account on the website.
- In case a purchase is made by a customer using guest checkout, please create an account using the same email ID and phone number used at the time of placing the order. Upon logging in, customers can initiate a cancellation or return request under the "My Orders" tab of their account.
- In case of prepaid order product cancellation, a refund will be initiated from our end within 7 working days to the source account.
- Please note, in order to return a product purchased from the website, the customer will have to hand over the product to our shipping partner with the bill copy, product with intact tags, original packaging & in an unused/unaltered, saleable condition. This is applicable for all of the following points.
- Return of a product can be initiated by customers within 30 days of delivery of the product directly on the website or by mailing us at support@indianflower.com.
- In case of prepaid order return, a refund will be initiated to the source account within 7 working days after the product is picked up by our shipping partner from the customer.
- In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) order return, a refund will be initiated within 7 working days after the product is picked up by our shipping partner from the customer & the customer shares the bank account details for the refund to be initiated to.
- Products purchased through indianflower.com cannot be returned at physical retail locations.
- Products purchased through the website can be exchanged at select Indianflower.com retail locations, subject to availability, within 30 days of the invoice & along with the bill copy of the same with intact tags, original packaging & in an unused/unaltered, saleable condition.
- For products purchased on Indianflower.com through a discount/offer, only a return can be initiated within 30 days of the delivery by mailing us at support@indianflower.com. No exchange is allowed for discounted products.
- In case of manufacturing defect in products purchased on offer/promotion/discount, they can be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery only through the website.
- Please do not accept the delivery of any item from the courier/delivery person if you feel that the outer packaging is damaged/tampered with. Please mail or call our customer care team at support@indianflower.com or +91-6380044008 for replacement, immediately.
Return, Exchange, Offer, Cancellation & Refund Policy – Retail Locations
- Indianflower.com merchandise can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Merchandise purchased at authorized Indianflower.com retail locations can be exchanged at any other authorized Indianflower.com retail location.
- Merchandise to be exchanged needs to be unused, in saleable condition and produced with a registered mobile number/original invoice during the exchange.
- Merchandise purchased during sales, offers, or promotion periods will be eligible for exchange or return within 2 days of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
- All merchandise to be exchanged mandatorily needs to have product tags intact (if applicable to the product).
- Merchandise purchased at Indianflower.com airport outlets can be exchanged at the same airport outlet only.
- Purchases from non-airport Indianflower.com retail locations cannot be exchanged at Indianflower.com airport outlets.
- Indianflower.com or its authorized retail locations reserve the right to assess the condition of the merchandise.
- No cash refund or credit note on merchandise will be provided.
- Altered or modified merchandise will not be exchanged.
- Merchandise of one invoice/bill will not be exchanged more than two times.
- Replacement or exchange can be done only for manufacturing defects and not for merchandise damage due to improper care or general wear and tear.
- Exchange of merchandise has to be equal to the value of merchandise purchase; in case of excess billing, the additional amount has to be borne by the customer.
- In case of dispute, the same shall be subjected to Chennai Jurisdiction.
- As this is a business to end customer invoice, it cannot be used to claim GST input credits.
Please note:
- Returns for products purchased through third-party merchants, online marketplaces, or other stores will not be entertained by Indianflower.com directly.
- You can reach out to the respective third party who would be able to help you with their return policy.
- Indianflower.com reserves the right to alter/modify any terms & conditions at any point in time without assigning any reason or intimation whatsoever.
