This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment of products purchased from Indianflower.com, operated by Srinithi Garments.
We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders placed on Indianflower.com are processed within 24hrs business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in India). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These charges are determined based on the following factors:
- Order Value: Orders above a certain value may qualify for free standard shipping. (e.g., Free Standard Shipping on orders above INR 999).
- Weight and Dimensions: Heavier or bulkier items may incur higher shipping costs.
- Delivery Location: Shipping costs may vary based on the remoteness or accessibility of the delivery address.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses throughout India. We do not currently offer international shipping.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Delivery Issues & Undeliverable Packages
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
- Multiple Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners typically make multiple delivery attempts to ensure your package is delivered. If delivery is unsuccessful after several attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping fees may apply.
- Refused Delivery: If you refuse delivery of an order, it will be returned to us. A refund will be processed minus any shipping costs incurred for the original shipment and the return shipment.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy. It is crucial to report damaged items to our customer service immediately (within 24-48 hours of delivery) with photographic evidence.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the courier company. Please note that investigations can take several business days.
Indianflower.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please get in touch with the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
